Every application is individually reviewed. Bryde Rentals may approve, decline, or request additional information at our sole discretion based on driving record, documents provided, vehicle availability, and other factors.
2. Vehicle Availability
Vehicle availability changes constantly. The specific make, model, year, color, or trim you select on your application is a preference, not a reservation. If your first choice is unavailable, we may offer a comparable alternative.
3. Pricing
Any pricing shown during the application or in marketing materials is current as of publication and may change. Final pricing is confirmed in your written lease agreement before any payment is taken.
4. Accurate Information
You confirm that all information you submit is true and complete. Providing inaccurate or misleading information may result in your application being declined or your lease being terminated.
5. No Lease Until Signed
No lease relationship exists until you and Bryde Rentals have both signed a written lease agreement and the required deposit hold has been authorized.
