1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using brydeentals.com (the "Site") or by submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit an application.
2. Eligibility
To use Bryde Rentals you must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, meet our insurance and background requirements, and be legally permitted to drive for rideshare in your service area.
3. Application and Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or vehicle availability. We review every application and reserve the right to approve, decline, or request additional information at our sole discretion.
4. Lease Agreement
If approved, your lease will be governed by a separate written lease agreement. Bryde Rentals offers monthly leases only, with billing structured as 4 weekly payments per minimum 1-month lease term.
5. Payments and Deposits
A valid credit card hold is required before any vehicle is released. Weekly payments are auto-debited. Late or failed payments may result in vehicle recovery and additional fees as set out in your lease agreement.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to submit false information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and the Bryde Rentals brand, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your application at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
