1. What You Authorize
You authorize Bryde Rentals and our screening partners to obtain and review:
- Your motor vehicle record (MVR), including history of violations and accidents
- The validity and status of your driver's license
- Identity verification information you provide
- Rideshare platform standing where you provide it voluntarily
2. Purpose
These checks are used solely to assess your eligibility for a Bryde Rentals lease, evaluate insurance risk, and meet legal obligations. They are not used for marketing.
3. How Long Information Is Kept
Screening results are retained for as long as your application is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with insurance, tax, and legal record-keeping requirements.
4. Your Rights
You may request a summary of the information we relied on and dispute inaccuracies by contacting support@brydeentals.com. Where your jurisdiction provides additional rights (for example under the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act), those rights apply.
5. Withdrawal
You can withdraw this authorization at any time, but doing so means we cannot complete review of your application.
