1. Service Provided "As Is"
The Bryde Rentals website and application process are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
2. No Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bryde Rentals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost earnings, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your application, or your lease.
3. Cap on Direct Damages
Where liability cannot be excluded, Bryde Rentals' total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site or your application will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid Bryde Rentals in the 30 days preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.
4. Lease-Specific Liability
Liability relating to your leased vehicle is governed primarily by your signed lease agreement and applicable insurance policies, not by this section.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Bryde Rentals is not responsible for any decisions, payments, deactivations, or damages arising from your use of any rideshare or delivery platform. Your relationship with those platforms is governed by their own terms.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure outages, government actions, or platform downtime.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
