1. Approved Use
Bryde Rentals vehicles are leased for use as a rideshare or delivery vehicle on approved platforms, plus reasonable personal use, within your service area.
2. Authorized Drivers
Only the named driver on the lease may operate the vehicle. Allowing any other person to drive — including family members — is a breach of your lease and voids insurance coverage.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Operating the vehicle while impaired or without a valid license
- Off-road or motorsport use, racing, or stunt driving
- Towing, hauling, or carrying loads beyond manufacturer specs
- Transporting hazardous, illegal, or oversized materials
- Subleasing, renting, or transferring possession to another person
- Use outside your stated service area without prior approval
4. Smoking, Vaping, and Pets
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles. Service animals are always welcome. Other pets must be transported in a secured carrier; cleaning fees may apply.
5. Maintenance and Care
You must keep the vehicle clean, attend scheduled maintenance, and report any warning lights, damage, or accidents to Bryde Rentals within 24 hours.
6. Tickets and Tolls
You are responsible for all parking tickets, traffic citations, toll charges, and any administrative fees Bryde Rentals incurs handling them on your behalf.
7. Vehicle Tracking
Vehicles include telematics for security, recovery, and maintenance purposes. Location data is accessed only for legitimate operational reasons.
